To enjoy the warmth and comfort of our wheat bags, just heat in a microwave for a minute at a time, remove, shake up to avoid hot spots and disperse wheat (2mins max) and apply to the area in need. To keep your wheat bag looking its best, surface clean only DO NOT machine or hand wash. If worn or torn, please discard safely. Do not leave unattended with children under 36 months. Never leave heated product in a cot with a sleeping child.
